What sort of printing options are available?

Elegant Heavens provides many mediums of print – Foil printing, Laser cutting, Letterpress, embossing, offset, digital flat prints, and engraving options.

Running out of time?

If you have time constraints and need our assistance to rush your order, a 50% additional cost of the total balance to place your immediate order in front of the press queue.

How do you ship?

Shipments are generally sent via FedEx ground to ensure your order gets to you in perfect condition.

Changes, Cancellations & Returns policies?

We pride ourselves in creating high end and high-quality stationary, custom-made to your specifications. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on an approved or already printed/created or made items. A contract will be provided to you at the time of ALL custom orders. Once again, there are NO RETURNS on custom orders and Ready to Order invitations. However, should you have a change of heart, orders canceled anytime before final electronic proof approval will be processed for a 60% cancellation fee. Kindly allow 30-45 days to process your refund.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?

A refund will be issued back to your original method of payment and may take up to 10 business days to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company for more information regarding refunds. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at invites@elegantheavens.com.
